What is hidden license plate kit?

Hidden license plate, which are aslo called hide away license plate, license plate hide kit.  Just like the  the stealth plate James Bond 007 have.  With a just a push of the buttom.  it will change a plate to a different one or flip a  plate  up/down out of way,  rotating  180 degree .
